About Us
There are plenty of
clubs and gyms in the Cleveland area that have dumbbells, cardio machines, and trainers. What sets us apart
from all of them is the quality of our trainers, who are also the owners of Results Personal Training.

Aron
Kohler received his BS in Exercise Science from Kent State University. Right
out of college, Aron began earning his training certifications. He is most proud of his Olympic Weightlifting Club Coach certification.
He is also certified as a Jump Stretch Band Instructor, Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified and Battling Ropes instructor.
(Did you see them struggling with those on The Biggest Loser??) Aron trains a wide range of clients from stay-at-home moms,
to State Champs. Many of Aron’s clients have gone on to achieve greatness in hockey, pro football, wrestling and baseball.

Erika Kohler first
started teaching Group Fitness classes right out of college in the Washington D.C. area. Flash forward almost 20 years, over
3500 classes later, and innumerable requests by her group exercise participants for one-on-one training, Erika made the decision
to become a Certified Personal Trainer. In combination with her hands-on knowledge and credentials from Hardstyle Kettebell
Certification, ISSA, Ace Accredited Fitour and AFAA, she has always enjoyed seeing her group-exercise students not only get
results, but also improve their quality of life.
Erika is now available to bring you her energy and creativity-
and work together to reach your fitness goals. As a mother of two young active boys, Erika is very familiar with the challenge
of trying to squeeze in a workout 3-4 days per week with a full schedule. She has been able to do so by combining fat-burning,
muscle shaping workouts that provide maximum results. During a typical training session with Erika you will not get bored.
She utilizes stability, balanced, endurance, plyometrics, strength, core, and flexibility exercises in all of her sessions.
Erika has a strong desire to educate and motivate others to become proactive with their own personal fitness.
Because of her history of teaching group fitness classes for the general population, she has a great deal of knowledge in
functional training for individuals with a sedentary lifestyle.
Whether it is to achieve functional lifestyle
goals, becoming a stronger, more muscularly balanced tennis or golf player, or if you are just getting started with exercise,
she will be here to help.
