Results Personal Training

Results Personal Training is a personal training gym owned and run by a (soon-to-be!) husband and wife team. We are avidly committed to helping you adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Results Personal Training is a 2700 SQ facility located in Warrensville, Ohio. We have cardio equipment that includes a Stairmaster Stepmill, a PreCor elliptical trainer, and a Star Trac treadmill. We have dumbbells, barbells, and full Nautilus equipment. We use bumper plates, kettle bells, Battling Ropes, medicine balls, BOSU and Swiss Balls to whip you into shape.

As our client, you will achieve life changing results by trusting us with your body, and utilizing us as your personal coaches overseeing every step of your progress. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and our incredible attention to detail.

When you are tired of paying for a gym membership you rarely use, expensive spa services that provide short term results, and racing to a group fitness class to grab “your spot”, give us a call.

We do not sell memberships or push packages. There are no contracts. We provide bottled water and hand towels as well as locker rooms for your convenience. You also receive our undivided attention, because our goal is to help you achieve your goals!
